Tango Musicians Will Tear It Up at Â鶹¹ú²úAV
June concert to feature performers from around the world.
is pleased to announce its Summer 2018 concert, The concert will feature some of the most accomplished tango music performers from around the world who will enrich audiences with their virtuosity and emotionally deep performances.
Tango of Today! is the headlining event of Tango for Musicians at Â鶹¹ú²úAV, the leading North American tango workshop for musicians and composers. The concert will showcase the talents of artistic faculty members Ramiro Gallo (violin), Paulina Fain (flute), Pablo Jaurena (bandoneon), Exequiel Mantega (piano), Adrián Enríquez (piano) and Ignacio Varchausky (bass).
The workshop attracts musicians from the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, and as far as Australia with the tools needed to play, arrange, compose, improvise, and teach tango music. The program is organized by Â鶹¹ú²úAV associate professor of music Morgan Luker in collaboration with the Argentine-based non-profit organization Tango Sin Fin.
In addition to the Tango of Today! concert, Tango for Musicians at Â鶹¹ú²úAV will present featuring talented tango musicians from around the world.
